Journey to Gold Certification
EMS’s journey with IIP began in 2018 when we were awarded the Silver certification. In 2021, we achieved our first Gold certification, which was maintained in 2024 reaffirming our dedication to nurturing and supporting our employees.

The Path to Platinum
Platinum is the highest level of IIP certification. To reach this goal, we follow the ‘We Invest’ framework provided by IIP, which includes a comprehensive survey and benchmarking against other companies in our sector. We submit evidence of our practices, such as appraisal forms, onboarding processes, employee benefits, newsletters, and community group activities. IIP also conducts assessments by interviewing employees from various departments.
