This award highlights the synergy of our teams working across EMS and Equitix.
EMS integrates our expertise in sustainable practices with rigorous standards of
management services, ensuring that projects not only meet but exceed
environmental regulations and goals. The EMS and Equitix partnership fosters a
proactive approach to identifying and mitigating environmental impacts, promoting
resource efficiency, and enhancing overall project sustainability. Through continuous
communication, shared objectives, and innovative solutions, the Equitix
Sustainability team and EMS drive forward initiatives that contribute to a greener,
more resilient future. Combined efforts result in sustainable infrastructure that
benefits both the environment and the communities they serve.

One standout example is our support for social housing decarbonisation in
Manchester, where we are helping clients future-proof their assets through
innovative, data-led strategies. Brunswick in Manchester is the pioneering case
study, which is a successful social housing greenfield project that has recently
celebrated 10 years. Working closely with Manchester City Council, Grove Village
and Miles Platting are additional social housing PFI projects that are benefitting in
the same way Brunswick is. Through 2024, we launched a climate risk dashboard,
strengthened our disclosure frameworks, and ensured that over 70% of projects are
reporting ESG metrics.

The judges commended our innovative approach to ESG integration – and we’re
only getting started! As the infrastructure world evolves, we are proud to be helping
set the standard for responsible, community-focused investment.
