On 16 August, EMS took over the management of the Lewisham Schools PFI Project for By Education (Lewisham) Ltd with the London Borough of Lewisham.

The project is 100% equity owned by Infra-Red Capital Partners and is strategically important in EMS’ journey to secure third party MSA work.

The schools are Forest Hill Secondary School, Greenvale Secondary School, and Prendergast Ladywell Secondary and Primary Schools.

FM Services are delivered by Bouygues FM.
