EMS was proud to sponsor the inaugural Operational Partnerships Summit Awards which took place on 9-10 December.
Having been nominated for four awards:
- Best MSP Support in a Project for Swarcliffe Social Housing
- Operational Innovation and/or Flexibility for Birmingham Highways PFI
- Best MSA Provider
- The Lifecyle Award for Salford and Wigan BSF Schools
we were delighted to have won Best MSP Support in a Project for Swarcliffe Social Housing.
The judging panel recognised Swarcliffe for “project reset” and EMS stepping into an asset to restore value, turn it around and bring stability. The experience and tenacity of the team has ensured shareholder value is protected after a period of distress and the trust/confidence of Leeds City Council is back to what it should be. We continue to deliver our services and support to our clients Abrdn, Yorkshire Housing and Equitix.
EMS also held a roundtable at the summit on Value Protection and hosted a diverse group of asset managers, public sector, consultants and contractors to have a lively discussion on how the industry can be fitter for the future.
Director, Liam Roche represented EMS and Ireland on the panel discussion Sharing global operational PPP best practice providing insight to the PPP industry from around the world and reflecting on how this compares to the current status in the UK.
