The Brunswick Social Housing PFI project was delivered across a nine-year phased construction programme and comprised the demolition of 294 unsatisfactory homes, refurbishment of 625 council homes, and construction of 140 new council homes, a 60 apartment Extra Care facility, 300 homes for sale, new roads and facilities including shops, community allotments and a central neighbourhood office.

EMS managed a complex interface of refurbishment, new build and infrastructure improvements.

In 2016 the project won the Top 60 “Best Regeneration Scheme of the Year” award.
