The Tuscany Hospitals project comprises of a design, build, operation, and maintenance contract for four hospitals under the same concession, all in the Italian region of Tuscany.

EMS ensures the high-level supervision of all services provided and the continuous availability of more than 1.700 beds distributed in 4 new hospitals.

The concessionaire, SA.T. S.p.A., started construction in 2010 and all four hospitals are now operational.
