On 9 November EMS commenced full MSA services delivery to the Salford & Wigan BSF project which consists of 4 secondary schools and an all through school, based in the City of Salford, Greater Manchester.

The project comprises of two SPV’s and a LEP and its shareholders are InfraRed, Amber Infrastructure and Salford City Council and Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council, making this a 3rd party MSA for EMS.

The schools were built by Laing O’Rourke Construction and are maintained by SPIE Facilities Services. The project is currently in its twelfth year of operation.
