We are delighted to announce the successful handover of Montgomerie Park Primary School. This marks a significant achievement for Hub South West, with over £900m of projects handed over and delivering our first ever Passivhaus standard facility, an important milestone in our journey toward sustainable and energy-efficient construction.

The new Montgomerie Park Primary, located in Irvine, North Ayrshire, is designed to accommodate up to 350 pupils, providing modern, adaptable learning spaces that promote creativity, collaboration, and well-being. The school’s Passivhaus design ensures maximum energy efficiency, offering a highly insulated, airtight structure that will significantly reduce energy consumption while maintaining a comfortable learning environment year-round.

In addition to its innovative design, the project has supported local employment, apprenticeships and work experience opportunities, helping to drive both education and economic development in the area.
